GochaWellness offers safety rules that should be followed by the students in order to achieve the best benefits from the classes.
GochaWellness always recommend consultation with your medical practitioner prior to embarking upon any exercise programme. It is always necessary to make sure you are suited to the type of exercise you propose to undertake.
Students who have any medical restriction or condition, hold the responsibility to ask their doctors or physician about the suitability to practice these disciplines, as well as inform the instructor about any condition to consider during the class or any pain or discomfort during the tuition.
GochaWellness services are meant to improve the function of your body, including your major joints and systems. Improving the state of your body has been shown to help reduce your risk of injury and to help improve your physical performance and your mental health, however, GochaWellness services is not intended as pain reducing programme.
You must inform your instructor if you get any pain or your pain changes (especially if your pain gets worse) during or after training on the recommended exercises.
When carrying out relevant exercises, you must always use the exercise techniques that have been taught to you by your instructor, and you must understand that your perform all exercises at your own risk.
The sessions consist of 1 or 1:15 hours of live or online tuition, where students are recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes before the starting time. If you are unable to arrive on time you will have a maximum of 10 minutes to join the class, in order to avoid losing the important warming up, which prevents the risk of getting injured.
The instructor is highly experienced to lead you through the session, and will give you all the instructions and advice to provide you with a safe practice. GochaWellness and the instructor will not take any responsible for any damage or injury gotten by the misuse of the equipments or by performing exercise or movement without following the instruction given during the session and this led to any injury or discomfort.
Pilates, Yoga, and Dance are hands-on techniques that might require instructors to use their hands in order to make specific corrections and provide help to the students. However, in the case you do not wish to be corrected by any means of physical contact, please do inform it to the instructor before the class commences.
FORMAL DECLARATION
When booking GochaWellness services, I confirm and declare that I know of no reason why I should not participate in any form of exercise programme. I take part in any programme, clas or exercises entirely at my own risk.
Bookings:
Group classes have a maximum of participants to keep the accurate and constant correction of the student's performance.
At GochaWellness Studio:

At the Millpool Centre or at The Zone:

Yoga, Pilates mat and Contemporary Dance a maximum of 10 participants.
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Payments can be made by credit/debit card through the web page or by bank transference to:

If you are unable to attend a class, refunds are not available. In order to be eligible to rebook your session, you must cancel it a minimum of 24 hours in advance, otherwise, it will be charged. Session rescheduling is subject to availability within a timeframe of 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Please give notice about any cancellation by emailing gocha@gochawellness.com In the unlikely event, the teacher is unable to teach because of illness, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the class will be brought forward for future classes according to each student’s request.
